The "B" Word

I guess this is my first official "blog". Whoo!!! Okay now that that's out of the way.On semi-regular basis, I seem to come across women who call each other the "B" word. I wish someone could explain to me why this word is used as a term of endearment. I'm a firm believer that you teach people how to treat you.
